These are the actual stages a purchase passes through here. The codes are the ones on our own paperwork, so when we say a line is sitting at SRC, you know exactly where it is.

Priced across distribution, with availability confirmed line by line — not assumed from a catalog page.
Usually within one business day. Every line carries a part number, unit price, and its own lead time.
Net 30 on approved accounts. Credit card and ACH also fine. We confirm receipt the same day.
Direct from distribution, or staged on our bench first if you want it imaged, tagged, and inventoried.
Keys and portal access delivered to a named administrator, with the renewal date on our calendar as well as yours.
The company
Brighton Bay is a veteran-owned reseller based in Maryland. We started because buying IT equipment had turned into a queue system — a portal, a ticket, a rep who changes every quarter. That is not how we run it.
The same contact quotes your order, chases the shipment, and picks up when something arrives damaged.
If a line is eight weeks out, the quote says eight weeks. We would rather lose the order than surprise you in March.
